What is a “Fox” body?
Fox body is a term used to describe the chassis classification for a model of vehicle(s). The Fox body Thunderbird and Cougar were produced from 1983 through 1988 where as the Lincoln Mark VII was produced from 1984 through 1992.
What is an “MN12” body?
Like the Fox body, the MN12 was a chassis designation. Production began in 1989 model year for the newly IRS equipped Thunderbird and Cougar. It was joined in 1993 by the Lincoln Mark VIII. Production ran through the 1997 model year for the Thunderbird and Cougar and 1998 for the Mark VIII.
Are there any requirements to join the Nebraska ThunderCats?
The only requirement that the club has, is to have an enthusiasm toward the chassis’s listed.
Ownership of a Fox or MN12 bodied Thunderbird, Cougar or Mark series is not a pre-requisite, but the club’s focus will remain on these chassis’s specifically. Anyone with this enthusiasm is encouraged to join.

Are there any dues for joining the Nebraska ThunderCats?
No, at this time we do not collect dues.
